As mentioned in that list up there, I really like dinosaurs, especially raptors. In fact, I've got a whole collection of raptor toys (of varying scientific accuracy), and you can find photos of each one of them right over here in the "Raptor Round-Up!"

I get very easily attached to fictional characters, but I only have a couple true "comfort characters."

My main comfort characters are
Red XIII from Final Fantasy VII, Raziel from Legacy of Kain, and Benry (and to a lesser extent, Gordon) from Half-Life VR but the AI is Self-Aware.

Some other top-tier blorbos of mine are: Hearts Boxcars from Homestuck, Darkrai from Pokemon, Agent Rainbow from In Sound Mind, Heket from Cult of the Lamb, Doomguy and VEGA from DOOM, Dedan from OFF, and Spyro from Spyro the Dragon.

No Thank You:

  • Monsters being permanently turned human, and worse yet, the implication that they're better off for it. Let monsters be happy and loved as monsters, dammit.

  • Generative AI. Get that shit outta here. (I also hate that it's even called "AI." It's not "artificial intellegence," there's no intellegence to it at all.)

  • Country music, which grates on my nerves like nobody's business. I hear that steel guitar twang and I turn into an angry rabid raccoon.

  • Media about irl war. The world wars, the civil war, modern wars, they all suck ass. Don't wanna hear about it.

  • Stories with no happy ending. I am waaaay too depressed for those, man... (Horror stories are usually the exception.)

  • (Human) babies. Just, in general.

It's totally fine* if you like this stuff, just know that I ain't gonna be enjoying it with you!

*Except for like genAI. You shouldn't like that, actually. Stop using genAI.
